FAQ’S

What is the accommodation like?

All students stay in modern, single en-suite accommodation within a secure, university-style residence. Rooms are comfortable, private, and designed to give students a real taste of university living. Pastoral staff are on-site 24/7 for support and supervision.

How do you manage student wellbeing and welfare on the Sapphire programmes?

Yes, student safety and wellbeing are our top priorities. We maintain a high staff-to-student ratio and have dedicated Sapphire staff living on site to ensure round-the-clock care, guidance, and pastoral support.

Additionally, we have procedures and policies in place to ensure that our trained and dedicated staff can confidently create a safe and happy learning environment and deal with any challenges which may occur.

Can Students Use Their Phones?

Yes – phones are allowed,  but we expect them to be put away during any academic input time, such as seminars and workshops.

What Happens on Arrival Day?

Students are welcomed by the Sapphire team on-site and guided through the check-in process. They’ll take part in ice-breaker activities and group introductions to help them settle in, make connections, and feel part of the Sapphire community from day one. Families receive a confirmation message once students have arrived safely.

Do Students Need a Visa?

We are happy to provide guidance and support to help families and agents understand any visa requirements and access the right documentation.

What About Travel Arrangements To and From the Airport?

We can offer a meet-and-greet airport transfer service if requested. This includes collection from major UK airports and drop-off at the course location. Details will be shared in advance of arrival.
