Why we created something different and what drives us now
Our Story
Our team have been working in the education field for many years, creating summer school experiences that help students on their journey of discovery. We’ve seen in recent years how the requirements have shifted.
Today’s students need more than just academic success, they need confidence, clarity, and the opportunity to explore who they are and where they want to go. They want a summer school experience that offers more: the kind of experience that stays with you, not just because of what you learn, but because of how it makes you feel.
Meeting this need was what gave shape to Sapphire Education.
Why Sapphire?
We chose the name Sapphire because it is one of the four precious stones and associated with wisdom, truth and sincerity, inner peace, good health, power and strength. As a stone it is said to build self-confidence, create positive thinking, build love and compassion and meaningful connections. All qualities we seek to bring into the educational setting.
We believe real education is more than textbooks and tests. It’s the conversations that shift your perspective. The moment a subject clicks. The confidence that builds when someone believes in you. We’ve seen how powerful it is when students are given the space to explore, the tools to grow, and the people who truly care about where they’re going next.
