Step 1
Complete a short enquiry form and let us know which course you’re excited to explore.
Within 48 hours, one of our team will be in touch with your digital info pack and an invitation to a friendly introductory call.

Step 2
We’ll arrange a personalised consultation to get to know you better and find out your goals, interests, and any practical needs.
This is your chance to explore course content, ask about life at Sapphire, and hear how we support every student.

- How daily life looks on campus
Step 3
You’ll be asked to complete a short online form designed to assess your English level and check course suitability.
Students should be at least B1 (ages 12–14) or B2 (ages 14–18) in English to get the most from the course.
We offer flexible payment options by card or bank transfer.

Step 4
Once your place is confirmed, you’ll receive your Sapphire Welcome Pack and be introduced to your personal contact – who will support you all the way through to arrival.

As your course approaches, we’ll support you with practical preparation and regular updates.
