How quickly can I get student eligibility confirmed?

We provide eligibility decisions within 48 hours of submission. Simply submit the student's academic background and English language level, and we'll confirm their place with clear next steps for the family. This quick turnaround helps you close placements faster and reduces parent anxiety.

What are the English language requirements for students?

English requirements vary by age group:

  • Ages 12-14 (Future Scholars): B1 level
  • Ages 14-18: B2 level

We offer a 20-25 minute online assessment to determine proficiency if students don't have formal certificates. The assessment focuses on practical communication skills rather than academic testing.

What locations and programmes are available?

We offer premium programmes in two UK locations:

  • Oxford - New College: Business, Entrepreneurship & Start-Up; Psychology, Marketing & Leadership; Medicine, Health & Innovation
  • Bath - University of Bath: Computer Science, AI & Machine Learning; Engineering, Design & Sustainability

Both locations offer Future Scholars programmes for ages 12-14. All programmes run for 2 weeks (13 nights) with over 20 hours of subject tuition per week.

What support do you provide for visa applications?

We provide comprehensive visa support including:

  • Official invitation letters upon booking confirmation
  • Compliance checklists for required documentation
  • Guidance on Standard Visitor visa applications
  • Support letters for parents travelling with students

Many nationalities can enter the UK as a Standard Visitor for short courses. We guide agents through the specific requirements based on each student's nationality.

How does airport transfer and student arrival work?

We coordinate transfers for every cohort:

  • Designated arrival/departure days with chaperone service from London Heathrow (LHR)
  • Staff meet students at arrivals and accompany them to campus
  • Detailed travel guidance packs sent to families upon booking
  • 24/7 emergency contact line during travel periods

Transfer costs can be included in the package or arranged separately based on your market's preferences.

What marketing materials do you provide to agents?

We supply a complete partner marketing kit including:

  • Branded sales decks and presentations
  • Programme brochures for all courses
  • High-quality imagery and video content
  • Parent-ready FAQs and information sheets
  • Customisable promotional materials
  • Regular updates on availability and new programmes
What are the accommodation and safety arrangements?

Student safety and welfare is our priority:

  • Secure university halls of residence with key card access
  • 1:8-10 staff ratio with 24/7 pastoral care teams
  • Residential staff in the same accommodation blocks
  • All staff background-checked and trained in safeguarding
  • Weekly progress notes and wellbeing check-ins for parents

Both Oxford and Bath locations offer gated access with on-site security.

What is the booking and payment process?

Our streamlined process ensures quick confirmations:

  • Submit student details for eligibility check (48 hours)
  • Receive placement offer with commission details
  • Family pays deposit to secure place
  • Balance due 8 weeks before programme start
  • Commission paid within 14 days of fee receipt

We provide clear documentation at each step and support agents with payment tracking and parent communications.

What if a student needs to cancel?

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting commitments:

  • Cancellation up to 8 weeks before: Full refund minus deposit
  • Cancellation 4-8 weeks before: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 4 weeks: No refund
  • Travel insurance strongly recommended for all students

In exceptional circumstances, we work with agents and families to find alternative solutions including date transfers where possible.
